Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to be flexible in such cases. However, for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice), 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
- No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify me, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
- Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability and a fee might still apply.
- Payment Policy
Fees for late cancellations or no-shows must be paid before booking a new appointment.
- Health & Skin Conditions
Please notify me if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Additionally, if you are using retinol, tretinoid, or acne medication (such as Accutane), or have any skin or eye condition, please inform me before the appointment. If you are using retinol or tretinoid, you must stop using it 5 days before the appointment if the treatment is for eyebrows. If you are currently on Accutane, you will not be able to have any treatments performed.
- Allergies, Accidents & Reactions:
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the technician of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment. While every precaution is taken to ensure safe application, the salon/business cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, client-caused accidents, or temporary side effects that may occur during or after treatment.
In the rare event that an accident or injury occurs as a direct result of the treatment provided, the technician will take full responsibility and provide appropriate assistance. Clients understand that minor risks (such as temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity) are sometimes a normal outcome of beauty treatments.
- Accompaniment
Please come alone to your appointment unless previously agreed upon.
- Confidentiality
All information shared during the appointment will be kept confidential. Your privacy is very important to me.
- Personal Belongings
Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items during your appointment.
- Aftercare Instructions
After a lash lift or lamination, it is crucial that you do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours. This is the most important step in ensuring the longevity of your treatment. Please avoid water, steam, and mascara during this time. Following the aftercare guidelines is essential for the best results. I guarantee that if you follow all aftercare instructions and are not satisfied with the results within 5 days, I will make adjustments at no additional cost.
- Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel that a treatment would not be suitable for you due to health, safety concerns, or any other reason.
- Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change. Any changes in pricing will be communicated in advance. All payments are due at the time of service.
- Treatment Modifications
If you decide to make any changes to the treatment during your appointment, please be aware that additional charges may apply based on the services requested.
- Minors
If you are under 18 but above 16, a parent or guardian must accompany you to the appointment and provide written consent for any treatments, including lash lifts and brow lamination.
